The ARISE Academy creates contractual agreements with workforce development commissioners across the sector who wish to buy in high quality training.
It operates a partnership approach that ensures course participants get the best possible training and assessment experiences in their local area. In addition, local statutory and voluntary sector training needs are met to a high standard that will effect long term outcomes in work with parents.
If you decide to purchase a course for the family workforce within your area ARISE can offer a negotiated partnership agreement, along the principles outlined below:
ARISE Academy
- Provision of contractual agreement to run a course in your local area
- Negotiated training dates
- Course management
- Learner registration and booking
- Support to market additonal places on courses
- Induction session for managers and candidates
- Initial contact with learners by tutor/assessor
- Course delivery by approved trainers
- Downloadable evidence-based research course materials
- Link to Assessment Centre registered for City and Guilds 3599 at Levels 3 and 4
- Learner registration with City and Guilds
- Assessment and accreditation services by experienced assessors
- Work-based observations to assist accreditation, when required
- Quality assurance
- Comprehensive polices and procedures
- Evaluation and feedback
Local Authority or other Commissioning Organisation
- Signing of contractual agreement to run a course in your local area
- Key link person with responsibility for assisting with the course programme set up
- List of names, roles and email addresses of up to 15 learners
- Suitable, central venue to train 15 participants comfortably
- Training resources such as laptop, projector, flipchart and pens
- Simple course refreshments (learners to bring midday meal)
